Staff was delightful, decor was very elegant, beds were extremely comfy. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of food! I enjoyed standard twin room. The venue was set in the very central position just next door to main points of interest as well as the center.

The location was EASY and the staff was pleasant during the whole stay! Hotel was clean. A really nice building in the centre of Ghent. Besides, it was within 300 metres of a medieval castle.

Best possible location, savoury breakfast, helpful service and the staff was flexible. They made my stay memorable. Also, a bright galleried shopping center was only 1 km away. Lovely garden and incredible pool area. Besides, it had great internet, handy to surf the net. I loved this, haven't been in a better hotel.

Had every detail wanted for our christmas, liked rooms and stuff. Terrace, TV and fridge in the room and the soft bed. The staff did all they can for a fab stay. Quick check-in was a bonus.

The area was a bit dirty.

Amazingly comfortable unit with a luxurious decor. Wonderful, conscious staff. Place had exceptional food. Our stay was an amazing experience.

This place is good value. Staff are helpful, location is comfortable, everything is very clean. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

There was no breakfast.
